Our business is committed to a single goal... to help you achieve your dream of living in a Tiny Home. To that end our services extend from design to delivery and everything in between.
Imagination to Design
Imagination to Design - The "Choices" page of our website guides you through the critical initial decisions you will need to make about the bones of your build. These decisions include size, the source of electricity you want, how you plan to connect to utilities etc. From there you can choose a Roof Line, one of our Configurations or even a Floor Plan, and from there you will work with your Design and Build Experts for any customization you want. We will do all we can to SATISFY and keep you from the pitfalls inherent in some design choices.
Build the Bones
Build the Bones - Once your structural choices are made, we get on with the business of building the bones of your Tiny Home. This includes trailer layout, framing, rough-in electrical, rough-in plumbing, roofing design, windows and doors. We use the latest in construction technology, including the phenomenal ZIP System® Building Enclosures. This phase does NOT include finish work like flooring, interior/exterior wall finish, appliances, decor, lighting, roofing surface, ship-lap, tile etc.
Interior Design - We offer support from our in-house Interior Design consultant to help you fashion the finished feel and look of your home. This is where you finalize choices about things like white/stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, paint or stain, lighting styles, fixtures, exterior wall composition and combinations, roof surfacing, windows, doors and even furniture and soft goods. This is a critical step to ensure you do not forget something that can delay your build finish-date.
Finish Work - This phase adds in all the beautiful choices you made during your design sessions with our Interior Design consultant. We transform your vision into reality. Walls and flooring are finished, fixtures are installed, cabinets and counters placed, PEX System rough plumbing and electrical tied in to the fixtures, back-splashes and tile work completed, and every thing else it takes to complete your Tiny Home for final delivery.
Prep for Delivery
Prep for Delivery - Based on how you opt to take delivery, we prepare your Tiny Home for transport to the location of your choice. This includes everything from testing all transportation-related systems like trailer lights, to confirming axle and tongue weight. This is especially critical if you plan to haul your home yourself... we make sure your home does not exceed the capacity of your vehicle to manage the load safely. Prep also includes immobilizing anything typically expected/designed to move (cabinet doors etc).
Site Delivery - You have several choices on how you want to get your beautiful new Tiny Home to your new home location. Typically you would choose to take possession at our facility and trailer it home yourself. However, we also offer free delivery to sites within 100 miles of our build site and, for locations beyond 100 miles, we will ship your wrapped home to your site. In all delivery instances, we will work closely with you to manage around delivering to sites with challenging space restrictions.
Onsite Hook-Up - Once your Tiny Home is set in place, you can hook your Tiny Home up the Big Four... Water, Electricity, Gas and Septic... yourself, or contract with us to facilitate the process for you. Since there are many differences from site to site with regards to city, county or state ordinances, we may, in some cases, choose to contract some or all of this out to locally licensed and experienced professionals on your behalf.
Pick and Choose
We also give you the option to pick and choose which of these services you would like us to perform for you. If you already have a plan and design, but just want us to build your bones, we can do that. If you are excited about towing your home to your site, we will help you hook up and make sure you get safely on your way. Whatever you need... we will work with you!
