The Traveler is built on a Bumper-Pull Trailer with a 20' build deck. Two lofts, each cantilevered 4' out, add a total of 16 sq.ft to the standard 20'x8' deck area, for a total of 224 sq.ft of living space. It features a single Master Bedroom loft extending 8' deep. Half of the 8' depth is cantilevered over the tongue of the trailer to add an additional 32 sq.ft of living space, and the remaining 4' is over the bathroom. The bathroom features a 32" Curved Shower, corner linen closet, and a single sink inset into the wall over the trailer tongue. The galley kitchen incorporates a work-top sink that allows you to use the sink as prep space and a 4.8 Cubic Foot stove with 4 heating plates/burners. Across the kitchen aisle is a 24'-wide refrigerator, and a combination washer/dryer, both nestled under the stair case. The staircase features 8" risers (very rare in Tiny Homes) and additional storage space. Tucked in beside the stove is a 40'x24' table that can be pulled away from the wall to give table seating for four, while the living space has room for a 75" Sectional. An additional loft, just 4' deep and designed for a single bed or storage, is cantilevered off the back of the home and also serves as the cover over the 8'x4' rear entry deck. This entry deck can fold up against the home during transportation and does not take up any of the floor space of the 20' trailer deck. Options: - A TV "window box" under the window across from the sectional which raises the TV up out of the box and in front of the window at the touch of a button. - Extend the deck of the Master Loft 12" or 18" into the headroom of the kitchen. This is built vertically up to make storage accessible from the loft. A further option is to split the access... half the depth is available to the loft, and the remaining is accessed from the kitchen using pull-down storage bins/shelves. - Extend the depth of the second loft by either 2' or 4' for a larger area. Access would be a wall-mounted ladder at the foot of the sectional beside the front entrance. - Change up the deck configuration to meet your needs.
